SLJ Teaserv DAY 5: SCIENCE, TECHNOLOGY AND INVENTION

Do you know what an unplugged activity is?
An unplugged activity is when you don't go on your device, like a commuter, phone, tablet or chrome book.  Instead, you read a book or do a puzzle.   You can do whatever you like but don't look at the screen.  If you look at the screen all day your eyes will hurt.

  1. Hi Ava, doing unplugged activities everyday is very good for taking a break from technology and doing something active or brain stimulating (like books or puzzle) to give your eyes a rest and reconnect you to the real world. A lot of people forget to take these breaks and spend too much time online. When I do unplugged activities I like to read a book, go for a walk or play a boardgame with my friends. What do you like to do as an unplugged activity?
